Rosa’s Shipping & Delivery Policy

A delivery fee will apply for orders that require in-home delivery within 30 miles of Rosa’s warehouse located in Cheektowaga, NY 14227. Delivery charge for Major Appliances and electronics is $49.99, Furniture and Bedding Items is $69.99 and specialty furniture items that require extensive assembly (e.g. castle or princess bunk bed) is $129.99.

Depending on product availability and weather conditions, items are usually delivered within 2-4 business days from time of purchase. A Rosa’s representative will contact you by phone to confirm a delivery date.

Rosa’s reserves the right to change the delivery fee at any time. If you’re shipping address is outside the normal delivery area, a Rosa’s representative will contact you with other delivery options before the order is applied to your credit card.

At this time, Rosa’s Home Stores does not deliver outside the Western New York area.
